Trial Options
- Saturdays at 10:00 am
Required Equipment (rentals are available below)
- Gym / running attire (shorts, t-shirt, gym shoes)
- Hockey gloves
- Hockey helmet with cage on the front
- Hockey stick (any type, composite recommended)

- Thursdays at 6:00 pm
- Saturdays at 11:00 am or 12:00 pm
