League Information

Our women’s ball hockey programs have grown so fast over such a short period of time! We currently run both a Monday night program and a Saturday night program. Details are posted below:

  • Target skill level: beginner / introductory / recreational
  • Minimum 10 sessions per season
  • Weekly games from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • No games on the Mondays or Saturdays of long weekends
  • Four teams of 7 players each (max 28 per night) play 10-minute mini-games against each other
  • Two teams play while two teams get a break, rotating continuously until all teams have played against each other
