Women’s League Information
Our Women’s Leagues consist of a weekly two-hour time slot where four teams play a series of 10-minute round robin mini-games against each other. This is a highly recreational and introductory level of ball hockey where friends and co-workers come together to enjoy a little exercise and social activity.
No experience? No problem! Sign up as a single or with a friend and bring your running shoes and a hockey stick! If you don’t have a stick or would like to try some different styles of composite sticks, we have a few sticks available to borrow upon request.

Did you miss out on the Ladies Monday night league? No problem! A new Saturday night option has been added for all new players that have been referred to us.
